By creating an account and using Dirty Fire Productions ("the Service", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all creators who have been granted access.
Dirty Fire Productions is a private, invite-only automation platform that enables music creators to schedule and publish short-form video reels to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Access is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time.
By using the platform, you agree that:
When you connect a social media account, you authorize Dirty Fire Productions to post content on your behalf using the permissions you grant. This authorization is governed by the OAuth 2.0 standard. You may revoke this authorization at any time from within your social platform's account settings. Revoking access on the platform does not automatically delete your account on Dirty Fire Productions — please contact us separately if you wish your account deleted.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload. Dirty Fire Productions does not claim any ownership, license, or intellectual property rights in your videos, music, or metadata. We store your content metadata solely to operate the scheduling service. Video files remain on your own hardware at all times.
The platform uses a locally-hosted AI model to generate suggested titles, captions, and hashtags for your content. These suggestions are provided as a convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all metadata before it is published. Dirty Fire Productions makes no warranties about the accuracy, appropriateness, or platform compliance of AI-generated content.
The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. Publishing failures are logged but not retried automatically — you are responsible for monitoring your post history and addressing errors. We are not liable for missed posts, platform policy changes, token expiration, or API rate limiting by third-party platforms.
You may not:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@dirtyfire.app. Upon deletion, your account data, tokens, and reel metadata will be removed within 30 days.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIRTY FIRE PRODUCTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CONTENT PUBLISHED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIRTY FIRE PRODUCTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST REVENUE, LOST FOLLOWERS, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, OR MISSED PUBLISHING OPPORTUNITIES.
TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube are independent third-party services with their own terms of service, community guidelines, and API policies. Dirty Fire Productions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these platforms. Changes to their APIs or policies may affect the functionality of this service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active creators by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dirty Fire Productions operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
